Photography is an art, but it’s also unpredictable – especially here in Southwest Florida. Outdoor shoots depend on factors beyond my control – like weather, lighting, or location conditions. A sudden rain shower or a cloudy day might shift our plans – I’ll do my best to adapt, but I can’t guarantee perfect conditions. For secret proposals, timing and cooperation from everyone involved are key – I’ll guide you, but the moment’s success relies on us working together. Indoor sessions have their quirks too – pets might not sit still, and kids might need a little coaxing. That’s all part of the fun – but it means results can vary.
All photos I deliver are for your personal enjoyment – think sharing with friends, printing for your home, or posting online with credit to me. They’re not for commercial use – no selling or advertising without my written permission. I pour my heart into every shot – editing them to my professional standard – and you get to pick which ones I retouch from the full set I send within 24 hours. That’s my promise – but note that digital files are final once delivered, and edits are based on my artistic style.
Life happens – cancellations or rescheduling might come up. If it’s on your end, check my booking policy for details – deposits are usually non-refundable, but I’ll work with you where I can. If I have to cancel – say, due to illness or an emergency – I’ll refund you fully or find a new date. Equipment fails sometimes too – rare, but possible – and I’ve got backups to keep things rolling. Still, no session’s 100% risk-free.
